Enjoy these flavorful and juicy Air Fryer Pork Ribs. Served with a side of barbecue sauce or on their own these ribs make for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
Mix the spices. Combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl with the pork ribs. Stir to coat the ribs evenly with the dry rub.
Then, preheat the Air Fryer to 375F and set the timer to 15 minutes.
Place ribs in the air fryer basket. Arrange the ribs in a single layer in a horizontal position with the meat side down in the preheated air fryer. Flip the ribs halfway through the cooking process. If your ribs are quite thick they may need more time to cook. Try to avoid overcooking so the ribs don’t dry out.
Serve the air fryer ribs. Serve up the ribs with your favorite bbq sauce on the top or on the side in a small bowl.
NOTES
To store. Place leftover ribs in an airtight container or wrap in aluminum foil and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Allow ribs to come to room temperature before storing.
To freeze. Store leftover air fryer pork ribs in the freezer for up to 3 months in a freezer-safe container or storage bag.
Check the size of your air fryer, if it isn’t big enough to fit all the ribs, don’t overcrowd it. Cook the ribs in two batches. This also depends on the size of your ribs so adjust accordingly.
Make sure the ribs are dry, use a paper towel to blot them if you have to. This allows for a crispier texture.
