This vegan chocolate mousse is simple, completely dairy-free, and made out of avocados! It takes only 10 minutes to whip up and will look beautiful for a special occasion dinner.

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 6 ripe and cold avocado, (from the fridge)
  • ½ teaspoon lavender extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 high-quality raw cocoa powder
  • 6-7 tablespoon Almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 4 tablespoon agave syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoon dried lavender, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Halve and pit the avocados, and scoop them into a food processor or blender.
  • Add about 5 tablespoons of milk, other ingredients, except dried lavender, and blend until very smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed.
  • Taste if enough sweetness, add more agave syrup if needed.
  • Spoon into glasses and decorate with dried lavender and serve!

NOTES

For a thicker consistency refrigerate overnight until well chilled.
