This vegan chocolate mousse is simple, completely dairy-free, and made out of avocados! It takes only 10 minutes to whip up and will look beautiful for a special occasion dinner.

INGREDIENTS

and cold avocado

(from the fridge)
½
teaspoon
lavender extract
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract

high-quality raw cocoa powder
6-7
tablespoon
Almond milk or any non-dairy milk
4
tablespoon
agave syrup
Pinch
of salt
2
tablespoon
dried lavender
,
for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Halve and pit the avocados, and scoop them into a food processor or blender.
Add about 5 tablespoons of milk, other ingredients, except dried lavender, and blend until very smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed.
Taste if enough sweetness, add more agave syrup if needed.
Spoon into glasses and decorate with dried lavender and serve!
NOTES
For a thicker consistency refrigerate overnight until well chilled.
